The name of the flower comes from two Greek words: ai - "always" and chrysos - "golden". Aichrison has a clear resemblance to the money tree.

In these plants, the root system is shallow. Aichrison shoots have branches and practically do not lignify.

Flowering of this plant occurs in April or May. As soon as the Aichrison fades, its leaf rosette, which has the flower stalk, dies.

Appearance

Aikhrizon is a small-sized shrub that reaches a height of not more than thirty centimeters, and the diameter of the bush ranges from 20 to 35 centimeters. Fleecy leaves are located opposite each other and tightly assembled together. The color of the leaf is dark green or green, occasionally there are blotches of white, yellow and red. Pretty large succulent plant. In height grows to 45 centimeters. On top of the green-brown stems is pubescence, which consists of white hairs. Leaves of this species also have the shape of a rhombus. They are collected in leaf sockets.

Twisty (Tortuosum)

A small bush growing up to 25 centimeters in height. The leaves are light green, completely covered with small short hairs. Leaves in groups, attached to the stem with petioles. A distinctive feature of sinuous Aichrison are short shoots. It blooms in spring and blooms until September.

Stonefoot (Sedifolium)

A small bush with straight processes and short, however, wide leaves. The color is mostly green, but happens with a yellow tint. The maximum sheet length is fifteen millimeters. Some leaves have light red stripes. They are needed in order to secrete a special sticky substance that covers the entire plant.

Homemade (Domesticum)

Aichrison grows home to thirty centimeters. The crown is magnificent, and its diameter is equal to the height of the flower. This species is considered hybrid, since it was obtained by crossing a tortuous and point aichrison. Leaflets are small in shape resembling a mace.

Home Care

First of all, it is necessary to maintain the correct air temperature. In the spring and summer, it should be no more than 25 degrees. The plant should not be stuffy, provide the flower with fresh air. In winter, she feels comfortable at a temperature of 7-10 degrees.
